The use of the village hall is subject to the payment of the booking deposit and the balance of the hire fee together with refundable deposit, if appropriate (as well as the acceptance of the Ingham Village Hall Standard Conditions of Hire). The hirer must be 18 years of age or over. The Trustees of Ingham Village Hall reserve the right to add any special conditions of hire they may deem relevant and these will be notified to you in writing or by email and must be agreed before the booking is confirmed.
