Village Hall Hire Charges as from 01/09/2025

Weekday Hiring Rates

Single hour hire for excersize classes: £10 (Hall must be left clean & tidy)

Or

Session Rate: 09.00-13.00, 14.00-18.00, 19.00-22.00
Regular hire: £16.00 (per session) – 10% discount available for quartlery payments
Ad-hoc hire: £25.00 (per session)

Weekend Hiring Rate

£10/hour or part thereof (minimum hiring fee is £40)

Children’s Parties (up to 12 years) Rate: £30.00 (maximum 4 hours)

Extra charge for excess electricity use. E.G. DJ Equipment, Bouncy Castle/Other Inflatables – Outside Use only

Exceptions: quotations will be given at the discretion of the Committee upon application for:-

Teenage Parties/Adult Parties/Discos/Dances/Shorter letting periods/Commercial Use and Extension of session time to midnight.

Our charges include basic electricity usage within the main hall only. An excess charge may apply for use of kitchen facilities and DJ equipment. External electric usage will be charged at a fair price for electricity used. There is a £1.00 per hour slot meter for gas heating.

    The use of the village hall is subject to the payment of the booking deposit and the balance of the hire fee together with refundable deposit, if appropriate (as well as the acceptance of the Ingham Village Hall Standard Conditions of Hire). The hirer must be 18 years of age or over. The Trustees of Ingham Village Hall reserve the right to add any special conditions of hire they may deem relevant and these will be notified to you in writing or by email and must be agreed before the booking is confirmed.
